About the Role:
Integra Electrical is looking for a motivated Electrician Apprentice to join our growing team in Indianola, IA! This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the trade hands-on alongside experienced electricians while building a rewarding and long-lasting career in the electrical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist journeyman and master electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Pull wire, conduit bending, and support rough-in and finish electrical work
- Install outlets, switches, panels, and lighting fixtures under supervision
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites as needed
- Follow all NEC codes, safety protocols, and company procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Pass a drug and background check
- Willingness to enroll in a registered electrical apprenticeship program
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in electrical work
- Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in various physical conditions including heights, confined spaces, and outdoors
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
