Apprentice Electricians
$18–$24/hr Starting Pay + Paid Training + Full Benefits
No license or degree? No problem. We’ll pay you to learn a lifelong trade.

- Shadow and assist licensed electricians during in-home service visits
- Follow a structured, step-by-step process for diagnosing and planning electrical work
- Learn how to communicate with homeowners and support upgrade conversations
- Use mobile tools to document jobs and next steps
- Receive paid training while gaining real-world experience toward your residential license
